The outcome
We developed and ran four hour training session. This included sessions on digital BD, personal branding and communication.

To design, implement and manage an events programme to help build new relationships and win new clients.
The outcome
We designed a programme of events throughout the year which focussed on hosting a number of exclusive relationships dinners. We managed the full event and invite process, ensuring that the guest list consisted of only ‘dream’ contacts and that they all had a thoroughly wonderful experience. These events have created hundreds of new relationships and have achieved an impressive ROI.

To create a brand new firm wide message and identity that would better reflect who they are articulate why clients should work with them.
The outcome
We created a new compelling message, established a new tone of voice and produced content for every page of their new website. We also launched their new visual identity which has been embraced across the business. We are now working with them on an ongoing basis on firm branding, event management, and producing various marketing materials.

To train two groups of partners and two groups of managers and associates for 18 months. To develop their business development, communication and pitching skills.
The outcome
We developed a training programme which focussed on leadership, commerciality and business development. The programme consisted of a combination of seminars, workshops and interactive sessions that were all designed to challenge and stretch the group to realise their potential.

The brief
To conduct a staff ‘interview’ project to obtain detailed feedback from all members of the firm about what life at Raffingers is like. To understand what people love about the firm and to uncover any areas for improvement.
The outcome
We conducted face to face anonymous ‘interviews’ with all 70 members of the team. We collated all responses and provided a detailed and comprehensive report outlining the key findings as well as a list of recommendations. We presented these findings to the partners and the wider team at various board meetings and away days. We now work on an ongoing basis with the firm. We facilitate their annual Partners Strategy Sessions and we design and run their team away days.

The brief
To lead the firm’s sales and marketing function and sit on the business’ Executive Team. To design and execute the strategy for branding, content, CRM, business development, sales and client experience.
The outcome
Led all sales and marketing initiatives and a team of 15. We refocussed efforts and drove activity to refresh the brand and win new business. Launched CP Talks, to raise the business’ profile within the entrepreneurial community.

The brief
The 7th largest international accountancy network approached us to design, organise, facilitate and co-ordinate their inaugural two day international partners conference.
The outcome
We worked closely with them to understand their requirements for this event. We researched and booked the conference venue and accommodation. We designed the two day agenda, acted as MC for the event and delivered a number of keynote and panel sessions. Our team also acted as event managers and co-ordinators throughout the two days to ensure smooth running of all elements, including the day conference, the evening activities and post conference social activities.
